Himakshi Sharma

I am a Google UX Design certified researcher who uncovers user insights to drive intuitive, accessible product decisions. I combine qualitative research—user interviews, surveys, affinity mapping—and practical synthesis to inform design direction.

My project work includes streamlining remote customer-service workflows and improving civic-engagement access, where I created personas, journey maps, and low-fidelity prototypes to produce actionable recommendations. I use Figma, Miro, Notion and Google Workspace to communicate findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

I bring empathy, analytical thinking, strong communication, and attention to detail to every engagement, and I am actively seeking a remote or hybrid UX research internship to apply human-centered methods to real-world challenges.
