I’m a Backend and Generative AI engineer who builds production microservices and multi-tenant SaaS systems, then connects them to LLM-powered user experiences. I’m comfortable owning systems end to end—from distributed architecture and RBAC to real-time AI workflows.

At a fast-moving GenAI startup, I architected a multi-owner lead system for 100+ sales reps and implemented RBAC backed by MongoDB sparse indexes for fast access checks. I also designed a zero-downtime migration to a new assignment model and built AI call-coaching reports using a multi-provider LLM fallback chain (Anthropic Claude → Gemini → OpenAI) with prompt caching to reduce LLM costs.

I integrate CRMs through incremental ETL sync (calls/emails → lead timeline), then turn unstructured activity into structured data with AI orchestration and conversational extractors. On the product side, I’ve delivered real-time UX using Socket.IO and SSE streaming and shipped AI modules that generate role-specific resumes, cover letters, and outreach content.

Beyond core engineering, I’ve contributed to multi-tenant AI education with per-tenant quota enforcement and cost analytics, and to multilingual RAG assistants using LangChain pipelines with model fallbacks. My project work includes a multi-agent trip planner with function-calling orchestration and audit trails, plus link management and Ethereum smart contract deployments.
