On the HomeMonde AI Workforce project, I built a multi-agent platform that traces manufacturing issues across business data and gives managers evidence-backed recommendations for approval. Its grounding validator ensures reported figures are computed by code and traceable to source records; validation detected 90 of 90 planted issues with no false alarms.
At Avyukta Intellicall Consulting Pvt Ltd, I worked on banking and insurance voice assistants using Vertex AI, OpenAI, ElevenLabs, LangChain, and FastAPI. I implemented function-calling tools with confirmation before money movement and human escalation, and shipped two WhatsApp platforms with B2B clients.
