I’ve been building agentic AI systems that turn SOP documents into ticket-resolving support. With SDEAgent.ai, I grounded answers in uploaded .md files and added chat-based support flow, plus planned voice-agent and screen-share troubleshooting.

At Hactivate Cyber Solutions, I worked on AI automation workflows and model fine-tuning concepts while supporting IoT multi-sensor integration for real-time systems. I also contributed to computer vision workflows using YOLO model training and supported Python-based automation programs.

On REO4AI, I’m designing an Agentic AI CRM and automation platform that uses unified APIs, n8n workflows, MCP, voice agents, hybrid RAG, AI observability, ETL management, and agent memory orchestration. I’ve also built a RAG-based prompt creation tool (Prpfiy.ai) using Groq, Gemini, and local LLMs via Ollama.

I’m also proud of my IoT-AI security work: I contributed to a patented IoT + computer vision crime-prevention system using YOLO, sensors, real-time alerts, and dashboard monitoring. It received government funding and was published in the Indian Patent Office Journal.
