What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to build a consulting career in a mission-driven health policy environment where I can translate evidence into practical reforms, work closely with government stakeholders, and improve public-service delivery.

At Acasus, I work with Nigerian state government health clients to identify immunisation and family planning gaps, translate findings into government-adopted improvement plans, and strengthen data quality across DHIS and LMIS reporting. I built an evidence-based policy case that secured a 100% increase in frontline worker allowances and helped unlock a long-deferred infrastructure programme.

I've also managed cross-sector programmes spanning disability inclusion, digital education, and public-private partnerships. At eSoft Content, I led the development and nationwide launch of an adaptive learning product with a 90% user success rate and partnered with Nigeria's national curriculum body to co-develop a curriculum digitisation policy framework.

I'm building my consulting career in a mission-driven health policy environment, bringing stakeholder engagement, policy analysis, programme management, and clear client-facing delivery under pressure.
