I resolved support issues and maintained approximately 95% response accuracy, contributing to an estimated 20% improvement in field team satisfaction.
I also conducted data quality checks and managed ticketing reports through SIMS and ZOHO. At the Federal Ministry of Health, I validated health facility mapping data, and at PHIS3 I implemented a digital office workflow system and prepared business requirement documents, change logs, and change requests.
