What I'm looking for

I’m looking to deliver reliable public health reporting—using structured validation, QA, and M&E frameworks to cut discrepancies, support donor review readiness (PEPFAR/government), and improve team performance through mentoring and clear data-cleaning workflows.

I’m a Public Health Data Analyst with 5+ years of experience transforming messy, high-stakes health data into trustworthy reporting outputs. I’ve supported national HIV/TB treatment programs by working across DHIS2, NDR, EMR, and RADET systems, using structured M&E rubrics to identify inconsistencies and reduce record discrepancies by up to 95%—with outputs that pass PEPFAR and government review without major findings.

In my current role as a Data & Records Management Specialist, I self-manage the full reporting cycle (data pull, validation, cleaning, formatting, and accuracy checks) and apply rubric-based cross-referencing to treatment status, drug pick-up dates, and viral load results. I’ve compiled quarterly and annual program reports on time, trained and mentored over 10 facility staff on DHIS2 reporting standards, and also contributed to AI training/data annotation work, including RLHF and AI response evaluation.
