At Private Sector Health Alliance Of Nigeria (PSHAN), I support monitoring and programme implementation for the Adopt-a-Healthcare Facility Programme across 60+ revitalized PHCs. I track and quality-assure 80+ HMIS and programme indicators, analyze facility data, and consolidate validated information into dashboards and performance reports.
At Solina Centre For International Development & Research (SCIDaR), I led implementation and performance monitoring of HIV/PMTCT activities across five supported health facilities under the PEPFAR-funded ASPIRE Project. I introduced pre-appointment tracking and developed a KoboToolbox tracking form; this work contributed to 95% viral-load coverage among eligible clients and helped reduce loss to follow-up to less than 1%.
Earlier, I maintained and quality-assured health programme records using DHIS2 and supported vaccination campaign monitoring in Jigawa State. My independent OneHealth Hub prototype explores community-centred surveillance, combining offline-first field data capture with GIS-based visualization.
