Ayodeji Shodunke

I’m a results-driven Cybersecurity Analyst building strong, hands-on capability across offensive and defensive security. My focus is on finding real weaknesses, validating impact through controlled testing, and then translating findings into practical risk reduction.

In my current Cybersecurity Analyst / Intern role at A&D Shielded Solutions Limited, I conduct vulnerability assessments and penetration tests, design security architecture aligned with NIST and OWASP Top 10, and complete weekly risk assessments with mitigation recommendations for senior stakeholders. I also support incident response through threat detection, log analysis, containment, and post-incident reporting.

Alongside this, I’ve completed intensive Diploma in Cybersecurity training with the Skills Development Council of Canada (including network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, digital forensics, risk management, and security compliance frameworks). I’ve practiced threat modelling and vulnerability scanning, and strengthened my SOC workflow through log monitoring, SIEM analysis exercises, and incident reporting.

I continue self-directed training with TryHackMe and LetsDefend to sharpen both penetration testing and SOC-ready malware analysis. I’ve exploited vulnerabilities in controlled labs, extracted IOCs for threat intelligence reporting, and triaged simulated SOC alerts using workflows aligned to MITRE ATT&CK—so I can contribute quickly, learn fast, and improve detection and response quality.
