I’m a Medical Scribe with experience operating electronic medical records in fast-paced clinical settings, including remote work. I support providers by capturing patient history and physical exams and keeping documentation accurate and up to date.

In my scribe roles, I operated EPIC and NextGen EMR, updating medication lists, lab exams, physical exams, imaging, and procedures. I helped improve efficiency and productivity by performing routine administrative tasks and ensuring information was recorded clearly.

With a family medicine physician, I worked hands on during appointments and was called in for every appointment. I updated patient charts, informed the physician on changes, and supported documentation by updating ICD codes for diagnosis and adding them to patient charts.

I’m also committed to service and teamwork—volunteering across community and religious non-profit organizations and coordinating local youth group events. I bring a detail-oriented, fast, and reliable work ethic to every task, with strong communication skills in English, Urdu, and basic Arabic.
