What I'm looking for
I am a dedicated researcher currently working on supramolecular sensors at the University of Texas at Austin. My experience includes synthesizing, isolating, and purifying peptides, with a focus on interpreting mass spectrometry data. I take pride in presenting my findings to mentors and peers, fostering a collaborative learning environment.
In addition to my research, I serve as the Writing Director for Obsidian Magazine, where I lead a team in showcasing the creativity of black creatives in the Austin area. My leadership roles, including Vice President of the Texas Students of Caribbean Ancestry, have honed my ability to manage projects and engage with diverse communities, promoting cultural awareness and inclusivity.
With a strong foundation in chemistry and a passion for education, I have also contributed as a Chemistry Lab Assistant and an OnRamps Undergraduate Chemistry Course Grader, where I support students in their academic journey.
