I am a dedicated and ambitious undergraduate student at The University of Texas at Austin, pursuing a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology with a minor in Kinesiology and Health Education. With a GPA of 3.82 and multiple honors, I am committed to academic excellence and passionate about advancing my knowledge in the medical field. My research experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Dell Medical School, where I support data acquisition and analysis in the Mood Disorders Laboratory, focusing on Major Depressive Disorder. My goal is to enhance treatment efficacy through scientific inquiry.

In addition to my research endeavors, I actively engage in community service and mentorship roles. As a member of the Dell Medical School Pre-Health and Diversity Scholars organization, I empower undergraduates in their pre-health journey through professional development and community engagement. I also mentor elementary and middle school students in science, fostering curiosity and creativity. My leadership experience includes orchestrating events for the African Student Organization and facilitating inter-chapter communication for Delta Epsilon Mu, showcasing my commitment to fostering community and collaboration.
