What I'm looking for

I seek a role that allows me to apply my research skills and contribute to impactful projects in biology.

I am a dedicated and passionate undergraduate student at the University of Texas at San Antonio, pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a GPA of 3.91. My academic journey has equipped me with a solid understanding of various biological disciplines, including organic chemistry, genetics, and biochemistry. I have actively engaged in research, contributing to studies on polysubstance abuse and neurobiology, which has honed my analytical and critical thinking skills.

In addition to my academic pursuits, I have taken on leadership roles as a mentor and trainer. As an On-Site Medical Scribe Trainer, I have successfully guided new medical scribes through their initial shifts in a fast-paced emergency department, emphasizing the importance of detail and efficiency. My experience as a private tutor has allowed me to tailor my teaching methods to individual learning styles, resulting in improved academic performance for my students. I am committed to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment for all.
