I've built document AI solutions at NICL, including an invoice and purchase order pipeline that reads supplier invoices and matches each line against purchase orders in SAP.
The pipeline stops for human review as soon as something fails to line up, supporting controlled automation rather than silent errors.
I've also built an HR Policy Assistant that answers staff questions in plain language, cites the relevant policy filename and page number, and clearly states when no policy covers the question.
