What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can lead day-to-day operations, support a strong customer experience, and stay accountable for cash, inventory, and accurate documentation—while working in a team that values reliability, communication, and continuous improvement.

I’m an Assistant Manager with a strong track record in customer service, cash handling, and daily store operations in fast-paced environments. I manage shifts end-to-end, keep service moving smoothly, and handle cash and customer transactions with accuracy.

Before my current role, I built operational leadership through roles in sweets and chocolate manufacturing—supervising factory operations, supporting production and quality control, and managing export orders and shipping documents. I also managed inventory and warehouse operations and completed data entry and administrative tasks with attention to detail.

I bring additional care-focused experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting residents with daily living activities and working closely with a healthcare team. I’m highly organized, reliable, and comfortable working under pressure while communicating clearly across teams.
