What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a project controls or estimator role where I can apply cost analysis, budgeting, financial reporting, quantity takeoffs, and data analytics to support accurate project planning and forecasting.

I've supported structural engineering work at MH Structures by reviewing shop drawings, blueprints, and project documentation in Revit and Bluebeam, while maintaining organized records for accuracy and quality.

At NOVA Environmental and Engineering, I conducted geotechnical variance testing and quantitative analysis to support development decisions. I also completed material takeoffs and cost estimates for a generator building project, applying budgeting, forecasting, and project cost-control skills.
