At City College of NewYork, I designed a five-story steel office building, preparing quantity takeoffs, Excel-based cost tracking, construction documentation, and AutoCAD drawings. The project included an $18M construction estimate and NYC Building Code-compliant structural design.
On a three-story house BIM project, I produced Revit reports and construction management monitoring sheets. I also standardized Revit families and view templates, reducing production time by 20%.
For a municipal water distribution network project, I used WaterGEMS and GIS mapping to develop pipe layouts and elevations. I also researched DEM elevation data and worked on hydraulic modeling.
My other projects include ANSYS fluid mechanics simulations and a SAP2000 structural analysis of a Warren Truss bridge. I’m pursuing a Bachelor in Civil Engineering at City College of NewYork and hold a Revit 2022: Essential Training for Architecture (Imperial and Metric) certification.
