What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join an R&D team or a hybrid R&D/international sales–product ambassador role in the food sector, contributing my technical and language skills. I’m motivated to work abroad and keep expanding my language range.

At Cusins S.L., I work as a Food Safety & Quality Technician in a meat cutting plant, implementing and verifying HACCP and prerequisite plans. I also manage traceability and supplier approval.

I’ve digitalised quality management tools with advanced Excel, including automated nutritional calculations, and developed Python and AI tools for document management. My work also includes staff training and follow-up of non-conformities.

For my Biotechnology thesis at LEQUIA, I developed and validated a real-time optimisation method for a pilot-scale drinking water treatment train. Across 28 trials, organic matter removal improved from 44–45% to over 55%.

I’ve also worked in Costa Brava hospitality, serving international guests in Catalan, Spanish, French and English. I’m looking to join an R&D team or a hybrid R&D and international sales or product ambassador role in the food sector, and I’m open to working abroad.
