My proficiency in crafting compelling messages and building strong relationships has been honed through various projects, where I leveraged social media to drive engagement and manage brand reputation.

Throughout my academic journey at the University of Johannesburg, I developed a profound knowledge of crisis communication and brand development. I successfully wrote and executed a digital channel strategy for the UJ postgraduate school and devised a strategy for KPMG's brand management. My analytical skills, demonstrated through the use of SWOT and PESTLE analysis techniques, have enabled me to create effective marketing strategies that improve competitiveness and sales for various brands.
