At Eduvantage Learning Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (Elevate K-12), I owned product delivery and platform roadmap execution for a US K-12 learning platform. The platform transformation roadmap improved operational efficiency by 65% and reduced customer escalations by 75%.
I led delivery of Elevate Connect, an enterprise integration product for SSO, SIS connectivity, and automated roster and schedule management. I also partnered with curriculum providers to automate content workflows, cutting manual workload by 25%.
During COVID-19, I conceived and launched a virtual classroom experience to keep students learning during school closures, coordinating Product, Engineering, and Operations. The work received the Problem Solver Award in 2020.
My work also included defining product KPIs and partnering with Data teams on self-serve dashboards, as well as managing third-party platform integrations. I’m a Certified Scrum Product Owner, and I continue to focus on product strategy, platform thinking, and data-informed decision-making.
