What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build practical AI and machine learning systems, especially in reinforcement learning, computer vision, graph neural networks, and intelligent applications.

I've developed reinforcement learning solutions for CPU scheduling at Kathmandu University's Data Science & Artificial Intelligence Lab, training DQN and Double DQN agents and benchmarking them against FCFS, SJF, and Round Robin policies. I'm also a published co-author of a graph neural network framework for weather forecasting across 1,359 meteorological stations in Nepal.

Across projects, I've built a SQL RAG analytics platform, an AI-powered nutrition tracking app, weather prediction models, an IELTS preparation platform, and a real-time fire detection system using Python, PyTorch, React Native, FastAPI, OpenCV, and YOLO.

Developed reinforcement learning solutions for CPU scheduling optimization in simulated operating system environments. Designed a custom Gymnasium environment and trained DQN and Double DQN agents using Stable Baselines3.
