What I'm looking for
I’m a proactive loss prevention and customer service professional who brings a strong attention to detail, clear communication, and reliable multitasking to every shift. I enjoy staying organized, resolving issues quickly, and helping create a productive, well-run workplace.
In my Crew Trainer role at Burger King (Jan 2020 – June 2023), I conducted comprehensive on-the-job training for new hires across all restaurant stations. I supported daily operations by taking orders, preparing food, serving customers, and maintaining restaurant cleanliness, while resolving minor complaints and delivering consistent customer service.
As a Campus police intern (June 2023 – Aug 2023), I assisted fellow police officers during routine operations and emergency situations to help ensure public safety. I communicated effectively via two-way radio to relay critical information, worked in the front office answering calls and assisting individuals at the service window, and performed regular inspections and maintenance checks on emergency equipment.
In my current Marshalls Loss Prevention Customer Service Associate position (March 2024 – Current), I conduct covert surveillance using CCTV systems and monitor sales floor activity and exits for suspicious behavior. I prepare detailed reports on incidents, investigations, and apprehensions, respond to and assist with emergencies, and coordinate with store management, human resources, and other departments to address loss prevention issues.
