I build and control complex EPC schedules for biopharma, energy, utility, and construction projects.

Message

I've led master scheduling and project controls for clients including TerraPower, Fluor, AstraZeneca, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Genentech, Moderna, Merck, Duke Energy, and Tennessee Valley Authority.

I create and maintain critical-path EPC schedules, gather field-verified status, analyze variances, and lead cost, scope, schedule, and change-control efforts. My work spans greenfield and brownfield manufacturing facilities, laboratories, performance upgrades, automation, production scaling, and technology transfers.

I'm a Certified P6 EPPM Administrator and use Primavera P6, MS Project, Power BI, and Power BI Desktop to manage schedules, resources, KPIs, risk modeling, and reporting. I've also developed and managed a project scheduling program from initiation and trained schedulers and schedule contributors.

Earlier, I planned regional plant outages at NRG, supported GMP and non-GMP utilities and CQV at Amgen, and operated and maintained nuclear reactor systems in the US Navy.
