At Clark Construction Group, I coordinate scheduling and project controls for concurrent capital construction programs, developing and maintaining Oracle Primavera P6 CPM schedules, resource-loaded activities, and milestone trackers.

I analyze schedule updates, critical paths, float, and dependencies, and perform weekly resource leveling to surface slippage and support mitigation planning. I also produce look-ahead reports, variance and critical path reports, schedule narratives, and Power BI dashboards.

For capital programs, I perform schedule risk and range analysis using Deltek Acumen Risk and Primavera Risk concepts, presenting probability-based completion ranges. I also use Acumen Fuse and DCMA 14-point checks to identify schedule-quality defects.
