What I'm looking for

I'm looking to keep developing my e-commerce and marketing skills while supporting businesses remotely through Shopify management, content creation, customer service, and day-to-day operations.

I built and manage Porky Co a Shopify e-commerce store, from launch through daily operations, customer service, inventory, suppliers, and order fulfilment.

I create Instagram and TikTok marketing content, Canva graphics, promotional materials, website copy, product descriptions, and marketing captions. I also support product sourcing and launch planning.

I use AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and content creation while keeping the business organised and customer-focused.

My retail and hospitality experience at Woolworths and a local pizza shop strengthened my customer service, communication, stock management, time management, and ability to work efficiently in busy team environments.
