What I'm looking for
I’m a clinical recruiter who owns full cycle hiring, building candidate pipelines and guiding healthcare leaders from sourcing through onboarding. I focus on nurse practitioners, physician assistants, collaborating physicians, and a wide range of clinical and support roles.
In my current role, I utilize iCIMS Applicant Tracking System and TextRecruit to source and nurture candidates through CRM workflows. I post roles across major job sites (including Indeed, ZipRecruiter, CareerArc/LinkedIn, and Handshake), conduct phone screens, schedule interviews, and manage onboarding training to help avoid falloff.
Previously, as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, I developed nationwide talent pipelines for per diem and full-time clinicians. I built sourcing networks, placed outreach phone calls, posted roles, and followed candidates through onboarding to maintain continuity and retention.
I also bring corporate and credentialing experience, including ATS-based recruiting in Taleo and credentialing operations for large contractor groups. At Ascend, I handled background checks, license verifications, onboarding paperwork (including malpractice insurance and TB results), maintained contractor files, and completed annual clinician credentialing while tracking compliance-related entries.
