Previously, at Telecrats India Pvt Ltd, I worked as a PMO & Billing Manager on the Jio Project. At Pratap Technocrats Pvt Ltd, I worked as an Assistant Operation Manager on the Reliance Infocomm project and as a NOC Lead on the Jio Project.
My telecommunications work includes monitoring and troubleshooting small cell, UBR, and network equipment, along with coordinating NOC operations and notifying technicians about alarms and outages. I also use Excel and Power BI for data entry, management, and analysis.
