What I'm looking for

I want start taking leadership roles within small teams. I want to be responsible for and own product features end-to-end, make major technical decisions, mentor junior engineers, make sure the project is on track, etc.

My industry experience comprises of writing full-stack code across in 3 different industries: Startup (@Dallo), LegalTech (@Legalfit), AgroTech(@Agora). I’ve applied industry best-practices such as TDD, CI/CD, Agile (Scrum), containerization (Docker), cloud computing (AWS) to deliver valuable product features. I’ve worked in a distributed team (@Legalfit from Nepal) synchronizing with remote stakeholders through work overlaps and async communication (Slack). I was enrolled in graduate school (@George Mason University) for 6 semesters working as research & teaching assistant. I did systems research on the topic of optimizing LLM inference on NVIDIA H100 GPU and was the sole TA for graduate level OS course. Currently, I’m learning about AI-enabled strategies to incorporate security best-practices into application development in order to defend against current and future cyber threats.
