I’m a business professional with a Post Graduate Diploma in Management and a B.Tech in Computer Science, and I specialize in IT business analysis, strategic operations, and AI/ML project development. I naturally translate complex technical discovery into clear project parameters and business-aligned delivery outcomes.

In my most recent role as a Business Analyst at Genpact (Gurugram), I spearheaded IT business analysis and drove strategic alignment between technical capabilities and overarching business objectives. I owned client relationships and facilitated technical discovery phases, leading cross-functional conversations to turn complex data and analytical insights into actionable business strategies.

I also build practical AI/ML capabilities through projects like my ML-driven facial recognition and my facial recognition model with emotion classification for real-time environments.
