I've built backend services and infrastructure at Domonda, CarCutter, and Expend, using Go, Python, Pulumi, PostgreSQL, and AWS.
At Expend, I maintained expense-management HTTP services, designed SQL databases and business workflows, upgraded the system from Python 3.6 to 3.9, and redesigned backend testing to improve coverage. I also built a receipt and invoice solver that accurately calculates VAT for every receipt and invoice.
I put significant effort into Clean Code, 95%+ test coverage, and building stable, performant software that remains maintainable over time. Although I enjoy full-stack work, my focus is primarily backend development, and Elixir is my favourite programming language.
