At Community Dreams Foundation, I owned and built an AI platform from design through production, including a FastAPI backend, LLM orchestration, and RAG pipelines. I also added evaluation, drift detection, and observability, reaching 90% accuracy while tracking latency and cost across live queries.
At the University of Massachusetts Amherst, Auxiliary Services, I built MLOps pipelines across AWS, GCP, and Azure and developed APIs embedding ML models into research workflows. My projects include a LangGraph multi-agent system for job discovery and production RAG and incident-intelligence systems.
