At LetzRyd, I map vehicle maintenance workflows across Operations, Maintenance, Hubs, workshops, and drivers, then authored a PRD covering future-state workflows, allocation, identification, event capture, and API requirements. I also evaluated QR, NFC, RFID, and ANPR for vehicle identification.
At LetzRyd, I defined KPIs and data requirements for a centralized management reporting platform, and I'm currently working on a Voice AI-led driver acquisition workflow. In a product case study, I analyzed FirstClub and proposed a transparent household context layer centered on “Context over Recommendation.”
