I'm looking for an entry-level remote role where I can provide excellent customer service, support customers through email and chat, use my digital skills, and build a long-term career in customer support, virtual assistance, or content creation.

I communicate professionally with customers through online platforms, answering questions, sharing clear product and service information, and following up on enquiries.

I'm comfortable handling email and chat communication, working independently in a remote environment, and using digital tools including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace. I bring a reliable, patient, and respectful approach to customer support.

I also create and edit short-form videos in CapCut, adding captions, text, music, transitions, and basic effects for YouTube Shorts and social media.

I'm looking to grow a long-term remote career where I can apply my communication, computer, and digital content skills while continuing to learn new software and improve.
