What I'm looking for

I’m looking to lead product and UX strategy across multi-product ecosystems, build and scale design systems, and partner closely with product and engineering to drive measurable business outcomes.

I lead multi-product design teams across healthcare, fintech, emergency services, and enterprise SaaS—most recently as Design Director at Red.Health in Hyderabad. I owned design strategy and execution for a healthcare ecosystem (D2C Flash, B2C Red Assist, and B2B HeartbeatX), rebuilt dispatch and workforce UX, and scaled a system-first design language across 4+ products.

Before that, I built the design function at ShopSe from the ground up and scaled BNPL UX across 500+ merchants. At Cognizant, Housing.com, Adobe, and Web Spiders, I shipped enterprise workflows and consumer journeys—improving search/retrieval speed, onboarding and activation, and end-to-end conversion experiences.
