What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to grow my skills in biotechnology and customer service, while contributing to meaningful projects in a collaborative environment.

I am a recent graduate from the University of the West Indies, holding a BSc in Biotechnology with minors in English Language Writing & Speech and Terrestrial and Fresh Water Ecology. My academic journey has been marked by dedication and a commitment to excellence, as evidenced by my role as Deputy Class Representative and various awards throughout my schooling.

In addition to my academic achievements, I have gained valuable experience working in customer service roles, including as a Customer Service Representative at Ibex Global and in the food and beverage sector at Kennywood Amusement Park. These positions have honed my problem-solving abilities, teamwork, and communication skills, allowing me to effectively assist customers and collaborate with colleagues.

I am passionate about continuous learning and am eager to contribute positively to any organization. My goal is to leverage my skills and experiences to become a valuable member of the workforce, while also engaging in opportunities that promote personal and professional growth.
