I’m a motivated professional currently building my future around secondary education with a major in Biology, and I’m also grounded in practical work experience across multiple fast-paced environments. I’m working toward my Degree in secondary education and I approach each role with a proactive, adaptable mindset.

In my experience, I’ve supported teams through roles at Vxi Global Solutions, Jamaica Defence Force, Centerfield Media, and Ibex Global (September 2020 - Present). Across these positions, I’ve strengthened my ability to communicate clearly, handle pressure, and stay organized while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.

I bring strong customer service instincts and a tech-savvy approach, with familiarity in tools like Zoom, Google Workspace, and MS Office. I’m detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to problem-solving, multitasking, and delivering consistent results while supporting the people and goals around me.
