I am a results-driven communication and content professional with a passion for driving organisational excellence through data-informed and empathetic communication. With a strong background in internal and external communications, I have a proven track record of achieving significant increases in engagement and followers.

Throughout my career, I have led initiatives for Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) programmes, successfully implementing upskilling programmes for women on career breaks and achieving an 80% induction rate into permanent roles. I have also partnered with HR and multiple stakeholders to support business-aligned initiatives and initiated and conducted Employee Engagement surveys to enhance engagement and employee advocacy.

I have a strong commitment to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and have established it as a key area for employee engagement, successfully transforming it into an Employee Value Proposition (EVP). My expertise includes internal and external communication, employee engagement, business storytelling, media relations, crisis communication, and content development.
