What I'm looking for

I want a role where I can use my IT foundation, data/record organization, and customer service skills to support daily operations. I’m also eager to grow toward pharmacy and healthcare-related work in a friendly, learning-focused environment.

I’m a highly motivated and disciplined IT graduate from Kolej Komuniti, with strong attention to detail and a fast-learning mindset. I’m committed to providing friendly, quality customer service while supporting daily operations with efficiency and accuracy.

I’ve built practical experience through roles including System Analysis And Design and Network And Data Communication exposure, plus customer-facing work as a Pump Attendant and Sales Assistant. I’m also actively developing my skills through programs like KURSUS ASAS THUNKABLE and participating in competitions such as CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE IDEA COMPETITION (CID 2024), where I earned a second-place result.
