I currently serve as a Payments Operations Specialist, managing payment operations and analyzing large-scale databases. I’m proficient in navigating diverse digital platforms, and I’m trusted with advanced responsibilities due to my attention to detail and consistent performance.

My work in a high-pressure FinTech environment has strengthened my investigative mindset and operational follow-through. I also excel in professional communication and email management, which helps ensure accurate, timely handling of complex payment-related tasks.

Before payments work, I built real-world impact as a Mathematics Specialist/Tutor through a volunteer initiative—supporting children who lost their fathers during the 44-day war. Using mathematics to rebuild confidence and engagement, I helped students show behavioral and academic growth, reflected in heartfelt feedback and letters of gratitude.

I’m now focused on progressing into software engineering, bringing strong analytical and algorithmic thinking from my Bachelor in Actuarial and Financial Mathematics. I aim to combine disciplined problem-solving with reliable operational execution to deliver measurable results.
