I built a self-directed VirtualBox lab with Windows Server and client systems to practise common system-administration and help-desk tasks. I configured Active Directory users and organizational units, and applied Group Policy settings for account and device-policy management.
In the lab, I tested account-lockout, login-hour, and device restrictions, and troubleshot DNS and domain-connectivity issues between server and client systems. I also practised password resets, account unlocking, file permissions, and network-connectivity checks.
As a Computer Instructor / IT Support at Maxwell Khobe Cantonment Army Barracks, 3DIV Signal, Jos, Plateau State, I delivered computer instruction and assisted users with basic system and software troubleshooting. I also contributed to embedded-systems project development at NBMC Technologies, programming Arduino-based systems.
