At Jio Platforms, I design B2B SaaS, fintech, and luxury retail products, from research and product strategy through interaction design and developer handoff.

For Reliance Jewels, I designed a five-step online gold savings enrolment flow spanning selection, KYC, eSign, and payment. It now generates ₹80 Cr a year, and I used analytics to rebuild the scheme-selection step after finding 91% of users were leaving there.

I’m rebuilding Reliance Jewels’ design system around tokens and responsive components that align with engineering, while running workshops for new designers. I also consolidated four retail-operations dashboards into one surface and created missing chart and data-visualisation components.

I’ve improved accessibility for Swadesh’s luxury craft platform to WCAG 2.2 AA, redesigned AJIO Business around shopkeepers’ buying decisions, and ran Drippin'gear from 0 to 500+ orders. At Siply, I wrote and designed multilingual KYC, savings, and lending flows that reduced onboarding drop-off by about 30%.
