I’m looking for a product-led environment where design is tied to measurable outcomes—blending behavioural UX, strong information architecture, and AI-assisted research to accelerate alignment from problem framing to dev handoff.

I’m a Senior Product Designer with 4+ years across enterprise B2B SaaS, e-commerce, and fintech, bringing a content-first approach that sharpens information architecture before pixels. At Jio Platforms, I’ve owned end-to-end design for AI-surfaced analytics dashboards, complex merchant workflows, and operational tooling—shaping problem framing through dev handoff with near-zero rework. My B.A. in Psychology gives me a behavioural lens I apply directly to interface decisions and measurable outcomes.

I extend design systems with analytics-heavy patterns and validate flows using an AI-powered usability testing pipeline built with n8n and Gemini API. Previously, I redesigned onboarding and content-localised KYC, micro-savings, and lending experiences across 10+ languages, and I built a Shopify-based D2C brand from 0 to 500+ orders—turning UX fixes into profitability gains.

Built a Shopify-based men’s accessories D2C brand from 0 to 500+ orders, owning storefront UX, conversion optimization, and product presentation end-to-end. Implemented a data-driven cart value ladder (custom CSS/JS) that increased AOV from ~₹500 to ~₹850 using performance loops across Meta Ads, Google Analytics, and Shopify data.
