I’m a Product Designer with 3+ years of experience owning design vision end-to-end in fast-growing B2B SaaS and fintech-adjacent environments. I specialize in designing for complex financial workflows, multi-step business tools, and data-heavy user experiences—turning ambiguous, high-stakes problems into cohesive journeys.
I lead discovery and delivery by running research sessions, journey mapping workshops, and design sprints to frame the “what, why, and how” before committing to solutions. I validate decisions with usage data and analytics tools like Heap, GA, and Hotjar, then iterate quickly based on drop-off patterns, task friction, and adoption gaps.
In my current work, I drive end-to-end design for complex reporting and business intelligence workflows, champion user-centric culture across Product and Engineering, and build scalable design systems using components, tokens, and documentation.
