I'm currently coordinating customer service and floor operations at Dario Cecchini, responding to customer and business emails, handling calls, managing reservations, and assigning room and table contacts.

I organize staff shifts and support daily activity and service planning, while working as a waitress and head waitress during service. I enjoy keeping customer-facing operations organized, clear, and responsive in high-volume environments.

At Salvatore Ferragamo, I supported product cataloguing, accurate data entry, digital archive maintenance, and data quality control. I also assisted the pattern-making team with prototype preparation, model checks, and quality control.

I'm building on my fashion background through a Fashion Styling course at IED Firenze, combining customer support, coordination, digital file management, and an interest in fashion operations.
