What I'm looking for
I’m a Senior Project Coordinator within PMO, focused on delivering complex initiatives with strong governance, transparent reporting, and proactive risk management. I bring a finance background (MBA Finance) and a track record of coordinating cross-functional teams to hit timelines and key milestones.
At Mashreq Bank, I led Voice Bot and IVR implementations across all regions, owning project documentation, budgets, and weekly reporting to senior management. I maintain RAID logs and project dashboards, steer weekly status reporting and SteerCo discussions, and ensure project tasks follow PMO governance through structured tracking.
Previously at Wells Fargo India, I strengthened compliance and program/project governance by coordinating cross-functional execution, scheduling status meetings, and documenting MoMs/SORs. I also supported audit readiness and worked with project managers to manage change events while keeping program information accurate and consistent.

Managed PMO delivery for Mashreq Bank, leading voice bot and IVR implementations across regions. Owned project documentation, timelines, budgets, RAID logs, dashboards, and weekly status reporting while coordinating business stakeholders, product owners, developers, QA, and vendors.
