What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role in a dynamic, healthy environment where I can grow professionally while harmonizing organizational goals with my personal goals.

At Testrig Technologies PVT, I review survey data, check whether surveys meet their targets, and maintain quota requirements across websites and applications.

I manually review datasheets to assess data quality and invalidate incorrect or poor-quality responses. I also download data from PI, analyse it, verify its accuracy, and identify discrepancies.

Previously, as a Process Associate at Wipro LTD, I answered customer calls, managed order status, and tracked devices. I maintained Excel records for cases and equipment and used Salesforce, EMMA, WMT, SNOW, and ABFS Portal to support operations.
