At my most recent role I tested new product features, performed data analysis to identify abuse patterns, managed escalations, and supported workflow improvements while mentoring new associates and maintaining quality through audits and documentation.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce with a concentration in finance and have applied my analytical skills in a customer-satisfaction research project using Excel for survey design, data cleaning, and insights presentation. I focus on accuracy, process optimization, and clear stakeholder communication to deliver measurable improvements.
