At Vita Health Group, NHS Services, I work with clinical, operational and senior stakeholders to turn reporting needs into Power BI dashboards, KPI reports and management information.

I created a therapist-focused recovery report after managers said headline recovery percentages were difficult to interpret. The report made patient inclusion in the measures clearer.

I use SQL and Advanced Excel to analyse service data and prepare national dataset submissions. I quality-check submissions, investigate discrepancies and coordinate corrections.

Earlier, I analysed operational data at Pearson UK and supported process improvements at SmartOwner India Pvt Ltd. I'm currently undertaking Microsoft Fabric training and pursuing the BCS Foundation Certificate in Business Analysis.
