At Indian Railways, I planned and managed operations and maintenance across 6 divisions, 3 workshops and 41 sites. I led more than 50 safety drives, conducted over 100 technical audits, and implemented 200+ maintenance instructions, contributing to a 26.3% improvement in asset reliability.

I analyzed performance data for 125+ trains and developed Power BI dashboards to report on upgrades. I also introduced thermal imaging for preventive maintenance and secured approval to scale it across the network.

I led the digital transformation of warranty claims, recovering £2.2M and reducing mean time between failure from 8 days to 3 days. I also initiated power quality analysis that supported an overvoltage protection scheme and relay standardization, reducing component failure by 90%.
