I’m an Associate Professional Services Consultant focused on assisting customers with end-to-end deployment of Cortex XDR solutions and ensuring seamless integration into existing security infrastructure. I document deployment processes, challenges, and solutions to streamline future implementations and strengthen the internal knowledge base.
In my previous role as an Associate Network and Security Engineer, I collaborated with clients to gather requirements and proactively resolve issues during the Prisma Access activation process. I guided and supported over 200 clients, achieving a 98% activation success rate, while providing comprehensive training and mentorship to a team of 5+ members.
Before that, I completed an intensive Graduate Engineer Trainee program covering CCNA (200-301), CCNP SCOR (350-701), and PCNSE, and earned certifications such as PCNSE and CCNA. I’m currently building further with CompTIA Security+, and I bring a strong mix of hands-on security operations, endpoint-focused expertise, and clear customer communication.
